Cancellation policy: No refunds for cancellations within seven days of the event date. Prior to seven days before the event date rescheduling and refunds are allowable.
Inclement weather policy: Tuk tuk bookings may be postponed due to snow, ice, or threatening weather. We will email customers and post online in the case of inclement weather. RVATukTuk will work with customers to reschedule or refund as appropriate.
