What are the prices?
Pricing ranges from $165 – $300 per/Tuk Tuk (up to six people) depending on the tour type and length. Go online to see pricing details. Select tour, date, time, and number of passengers to see the price.
Can I get a refund?
If you need to cancel, a refund will be made on most tours where the tour is canceled at least 48 hours before the tour start. We issue a refund of the booking amount minus a small booking fee (amount depends on the tour cost -typically $20-30 per Tuk Tuk).
How do I make a change to my reservation?
Based on availability – you can make changes to your reservation. These changes include adding or subtracting guests and changes to the date/time. To make a change to your booking, either call (804) 814-8690 or email us at fun@rvatuktuk.com.
Are food and/or beverages allowed onboard?
Yes – we also allow adult beverages. You can bring a cooler. Consider bringing spill-proof cups.
Should we tip the driver/guide?
Our drivers/guides work hard to provide you with the optimal experience and appreciate tips. Cash or Venmo works well.
When will you start booking Tacky Light Tours?
Tacky Lights will be available to book mid-October. We will make an announcement on social media, so be sure to follow us! They book up quickly!
What if it rains?
We have rain guards and an umbrella on each Tuk Tuk to keep you dry.
What if the weather is bad?
For ice, snow, or severe storms we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund in the case that RVATukTuk needs to cancel due to weather.
Do you have heat?
Each Tuk Tuk has heated seats, blankets, and rain guards onboard when the weather is cold.
Are children allowed onboard?
Yes – RVATukTuk allows children onboard. You are welcome to bring a car seat too.
Are you dog-friendly?
Absolutely! Dogs love Tuk Tuk rides!
